Notes from the Chef

Majority of diners would enjoy this dish with a carb side like Eba, Pounded Yam, or Rice. Ofe Onugbu can also be enjoyed just like any other soup, if you are adventurous, you can pair it with pasta to make a “creamy” pasta.

Prepare Yourself
(and your food)

Please place this product in the fridge or freezer immediately.

Reheating

Thaw your Onugbu until no longer frozen and empty its content into a pot. Reheat on medium heat while stirring for 4 minutes or until the desired temperature.

Bring your Onugbu to room temperature and make a slit in the protective film cover. Reheat for 2-3 minutes or until the desired temperature.
