One of our favorites. Tastes really good when it is paired with the "swallows" - pounded yam and Eba (cassava). We like to enjoy it with white rice as well.
Prepare yourself
(and your food)
Please place this product in the fridge or freezer immediately.
Reheating
Thaw your egusi till no longer frozen and empty its contents into a pot on low heat. Reheat for 8-10 minutes or to your desired temperature while stirring frequently.
Bring your egusi to room temperature, remove the non-microwaveable lid and remove protective film. Reheat in the microwave for a minimum of 7-8 minutes.
