Spicy Honey Soy Chicken

If you have doubts, this recipe takes a whole 10 minutes to put together some air fryer time and I promise you the Chicken will be gone in less than 5 minutes, that's how good this chicken is.
This chicken is a replica of the famous Honey Soy Salmon recipe we made some years ago that still wows everybody to date. To speak to how easy this recipe is, you can probably make it in your sleep because it has a few ingredients and very easy to execute.
Ingredients
- ½ Cup of Honey
- ½ Cup of Soy Sauce
- 2-3 Tbsp of Rodo Crisps
- 4 Chicken Thighs (deboned)
Directions
- In a bowl combine the honey, soy, and rodo crisps and mix well until all combined.
- Clean and debone your chicken, and pour your marinade all over the chicken, mixing it to incorporate it properly.
- Allow this to sit/marinate for at least an hour or overnight (how I did mine).
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350F and bake/air fry for 25 minutes.
- At the halfway mark, flip it over to crisp the other side.
- Enjoy with your favorite side dish!
