Rodo Jerk Wings
This recipe feels like a sponsored post by Scotch Bonnet Peppers because Rodo Jerk Wings features the excellent Jerk seasoning (which contains scotch bonnet peppers) and Rodo Oil, which is also made with the same peppers. You are in the right place if you are a scotch bonnet lover. And if you don’t, you are about to fall in love!
Scotch bonnets are spicy and fruity, and jerk seasoning has many aromatic ingredients that make anything you put on super delicious. So it only made sense to drive the heat up with some Rodo Oil, and I promise you the deliciousness here!!
Ingredients
- 7-10 Pieces of Chicken Wings
- 4 Tbsp of Jerk Blend
- 4 Tbsp of Rodo Oil
This recipe will be my favorite way of making wings from now on, and probably yours, too.
Directions
- Cut your chicken wings into flats and drums, place them in a clean bowl, and set aside.
- Put your wings in a bowl, add your jerk seasoning, and drizzle your Rodo Oil on top.
- Toss properly to combine.
- Allow your wings to marinate for an hour or overnight.
- Set your air fryer to 375 F and place your wings in your air fryer basket. Set the timer to 28 minutes.
- Allow your wings to cook for 14 minutes, and then flip them so they can cook on the other side.
- In total, your wings should cook for 14 minutes on each side.
- Serve and enjoy!
