Adùn has consistently made African flavors available anywhere in the USA getting frozen ready-to-eat African meals to doorsteps across the USA in great condition using the best and efficient sustainable packaging within 2 Business Days.
This prompted us to share in this video why our shipping costs are a flat fee of $20 or $40 respectively - carrier charges, product, and dry ice weight. We also shared in this video how high shipping costs can sometimes run as high as $55 per box for a 16-inch box weighing 14 lbs going to Washington.
Furthermore, over the past few months, the prices and fees to deliver packages to you has increased significantly.
Due to increased shipping and logistics costs associated with 2-day Air Delivery to addresses farther from our HQ, Starting today the 5th of August 2024, Adùn is temporarily suspending shipping to some states and will ONLY take frozen food orders from and deliver frozen products to address in the following States:
2 Business Days Shipping Option ($40 Flat Fee): Alabama - AL, Arkansas - AR, Colorado - CO, Delaware - DE, Florida - FL, Georgia - GA, Illinois - IL, Indiana - IN, Iowa - IA, Kansas - KS, Kentucky - KY, Louisiana - LA, Mississippi - MS, Missouri - MO, Nebraska - NE, New Mexico - NM, North Carolina - NC, Ohio - OH, Oklahoma - OK, South Carolina - SC, Tennessee - TN, Wyoming - WY
1-2 Business Days Shipping Option ($20 Flat Fee): Texas - TX
All orders with Specialty Products (Rodo Oil, Rodo Crisps) and Swag ONLY will be fulfilled (shipped out) within 24-72 Hours from when the order was placed with our $8 shipping option (3 - 5 Business Days) . This means these orders are exempt from the regular Saturday midnight cut-off period and you can place your orders for these products at any time.
In the meantime, we will keep exploring other cost-effective ways to get your favorite Adùn products closer to you and will keep you informed as soon as this is available.
